An executive coaching programme starts with defining goals for your leadership development in a 2-hour face-to-face session. You then gain in-depth self-insight through an online DISC assessment, analysing your behavioural style and motivations. After this, based on a work-related competence matrix, we draw up a personal development plan, tailored to both short-term adjustments and long-term goals, in a 1-hour session. During the process, fortnightly 1-hour online coaching sessions are organised to ensure effective implementation of the changes. Finally, your progress is periodically assessed and the development plan adjusted as necessary to ensure your success and adjust where necessary.

Executive coaching focuses on leadership skills, increasing effectiveness and strategic thinking. Managers' lives are often lonely. Executive coaching offers a sounding board and an objective sparring partner who looks at the bigger picture, provides guidance and support where necessary, and helps you clarify your goals and challenges. The development process of top managers is also completely different from that of an SME manager. What new skills do we focus on? Which skills are we going to further develop that will help with your personal and professional development?

The rate depends on the number of sessions and the level of follow-up required. The frequency can go from one session a month, and can be increased to twice a month. Executive coaching is an investment but we guarantee ROI many times over.

Yes, for me it is important to work objectively and in confidence on leadership skills and personal development. This can only be done in a safe environment with personal guidance.
