We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and treat the information collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services linked to it by Action Coach Vlaanderen. Webshop software<\/b><\/p>\n

Our web shop is developed with software from WooCommerce, Shopify or Leadpages. We have chosen Combell for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services are shared with this party. Combell has access to your data in order to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we concluded with them, Combell is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.<\/p>\n

Our online shop is developed with software from WooCommerce, Shopify or Leadpages. We host our web shop on an in-house server. We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. Web hosting<\/b><\/p>\n

We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Combell. Combell processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata on the use of the services. This is not personal data. Combell has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. Under the agreement, Combell is bound to secrecy.<\/p>\n

E-mail and mailing lists<\/b><\/p>\n

ActiveCampaign<\/b><\/p>\n

We send our email newsletters using ActiveCampaign. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail sent automatically via our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign makes use of cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight in whether emails are opened and read. ActiveCampaign reserves the right to use your data for the further improvement of our services and to share information with third parties as part of this.<\/p>\n

Office365<\/b><\/p>\n

We use the services of Office365 for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.<\/p>\n

Payment processors<\/b><\/p>\n

Mollie and Stripe<\/b><\/p>\n

We use the platform of Mollie and Stripe to handle (part of) the payments in our web shop. Mollie and Stripe process your name, address and place of residence data and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie and Stripe have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie and Stripe reserve the right to use your data to further improve the service and, as part of this, to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie's and Stripe's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie and Stripe will not retain your data for longer than permitted under the statutory time limits.<\/p>\n

We collect reviews through Google reviews platform . If you leave a review through then you are required to provide your name, city and email address. Google Reviews shares this data. In case we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and e-mail address with Google Reviews. They only use this data for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. Google has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.<\/p>\n

Shipping and logistics<\/b><\/p>\n

DHL \/ Post<\/b><\/p>\n

When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL or the Post Office to make the deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence data with DHL or the Post. DHL and the Post only use this data for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that DHL engages subcontractors, DHL will also make your data available to these parties.<\/p>\n

Invoicing and accounting<\/b><\/p>\n

To keep our records and accounts, we use the services of Billit. We share your name, address and residence details and details relating to your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored in a protected manner. Billit is obliged to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially.
